Dell PowerEdge Data Recovery
Dell PowerEdge servers are typically configured in a RAID 5, although
other configurations are possible. We have extensive knowledge and experience
when it comes to recovering data from failed PoweEdge servers. We have

tools needed in order to properly emulate these controllers during the
recovery process.
One of the more common problems with a Dell PowerEdge server is the loss
of one or more drives from the array either due to a failure of the controller
card, or a physical failure of one or more hard drives. A common solution
that IT professionals will implement is a hot swap, and a rebuild is then
performed. This is something we do not recommend, especially if more than
one drive is down, or the array has been running in a degraded state for
