Data Recovery realizes how important time is when it comes to
getting your data back. If you're business relies on the data
you have lost, then you can't get it back quick enough. That is
why we have introduced our premium Expedited Service level. This
is for critical data that needs to be recovered as quickly and
efficiently as possible.
It's
not uncommon for our Expedited Service to get your data back to
you in less than 24 hours. This largely depends on how extensive
the failure is, and what type of recovery method will be required.
Typically Expedited Service can save anywhere from 2-7 business
days on the recovery time, which means you get your data back
faster, and your business can get back to normal.
While
this service does not guarantee a date of recovery, it does guarantee
the fastest possible recovery time. We treat each recovery case
we receive with the same high level of service. The difference
between our standard service and expedited service, is that your
drive won't be waiting in line at an imaging and recovery station.
Your job will receive it's own dedicated imaging and recovery
station.
On
average we have 1-3 jobs qued at each station. This typically
results in recovery times that average 3-5 business days. With
our expedited service you are not waiting in line behind other
recovery jobs, instead you are receiving the fastest possible
service.
If
you would like to have a job expedited, simply select the appropriate
area on our Online
Request Form. About half way down the form you will see a
field that lets you specify whether or not you need your recovery
expedited.

There
is a premium charge for our Expedited Service, and it varies depending
on the type of drive you are sending in. This fee is non-refundable
in the event the data is found to be unrecoverable. If you have
